Shipping Information

We have lots of stuff to take with us for our mission.  We will use primarily the yellow and black shipping totes that are in the Monett church building.  Some of the medical supplies and medicines come ready to check as baggage.

Each person going can take two checked containers as well as what they carry on.  These checked containers will be assigned to you. Each checked container - whether it is a suitcase or box or tote - must have identification on the outside and the inside of the person responsible for it.  Each container must be identified or linked and associated with a ticket/person for security purposes.

Also, each container needs to have a 'box number' on it for our own use so we will know what is inside it when we get there.

Each of these boxes is allowed to weigh 50 pounds.

Note:  We want a record of what is in each box by box number.  When packing, please describe the contents.  This will be useful when we go through customs and also when we start looking for something when we arrive in La Palma.
